I was very disappointed with the way I was treated in this hotel , specially that woman that calls herself the evening manager at the reception. They failed to clean our room on our last day stay which makes everything go wrong. How could a guest return to their room after being out all day and find themselves in a messy room? Not great !!!! Anyway I will never go back to that hotel .
Over al was good but few things make me so angry
Old and outdated hotel. Was disappointed as Crowne Plaza's are usually more upscale. The hotel is in dire need of a facelift throughout, including the restaurant. They also need to get their "text messaging" service in line, or stop offering this service. We were left in Old Town for over an hour waiting for the hotel shuttle to pick us up. We finally took a cab back to hotel. They had not received our text. The front desk apologized and acknowledged that this was not the first time.
Major repairs needed. Cleanliness was not satisfactory. I will not be staying here again.
Location is great. Hotel is very dated, looks like they keep trying but it really needs a makeover. Parking is terrible. Not only do they charge to park, but I had someone double park in between my car and a Mercedes in the handicapped parking who somehow thought it was a space, they property would do nothing about it.
Everyone was nice but needs renovations desperately
My wife is highly allergic to mold and suffered for the 2 nights that we stayed.
The food was mediocre at best, and service in the restaurant was TERRIBLE, like waiting an hour for a drink terrible! Also we ordered room service one night and left the dishes outside our room, where they stayed for 2 days! Housekeeping came and went and did not collect the dirty dishes!
Out dated. Four people were placed into a ADA room with a closet that was useless and 1 sink. We had to switch rooms after the second night due to our neighbors smoking marijuana. We reported it, but nothing happened.
The hotel is great and me and my kids will come back but our room was disappointing our shower head was super loose and we took a shower in the corner
