4/10 Fair

2022, Oct
The hotel itself was nice/clean, good service from most departments. My disappointment, which was huge was the cold showers me and my child had to take as the hot water was not working and the cleaning staff calling each other “bit…s” on the floor when we checked in. Apparently, we were last floor cleaned as they had a large number on floor and I didn’t mind the yelling, joking and what not, but the using language as we walked by (including my young kid) was a bit much. I’m all for having fun on job and liking coworkers, but this type of family friendly environment should lead to a certain amount of professionalism if you see a customer. Either way, hotel with great location to what we needed, clean, great valet service and front desk. I just expect a hot shower for the price you pay.

Safety concerns being addressed.
Great location being adjacent to trolley. Memphis May be struggling but they are trying very hard to make it a destination. Lot of police and security personnel - seems like a good effort.

Very unexpected that you had to pay for parking in the parking garage after paying for a hotel room rooms were all right at least they were clean, but the upkeep of the hotel could’ve been a little better especially the elevators The valleys were very rude.
