    Not recommended

    No sound proofing in the room. I asked for a quite room and they gave me the bottom floor near reception. Can hear every sound from next door, upstairs and the passage. Not in a good area and way overpriced.

    Cheap

    Clearly the property was not ready to return to high occupancy after COVID. I never saw more than one person on staff. They were overbooked and we had to accept a room with fewer beds than we had booked (later-arriving travelers did not get a room at all). They were also out of linens and so we had to scrounge with the one employee in the laundry room to get basic sheets for the pull-out couches and then a few extra towels beyond the 2-3 in the room. Rooms were clean, if run-down. It was barely what we needed at the price point we needed.

    My experience was very discouraging. When we got to the room, it was not properly cleaned. The floor had red stains all over the room, the beds were not properly made, the towels in the bathroom weren’t clean, and the other guests nearby were very rowdy. I will not be returning to this hotel.

    Room not ready because it was dirty even though we arrived at 6pm. Given another room which unfortunately was also dirty. Cigarette butt on the floor, dirty wash cloth on the shower rail, roll of toilet paper that looked like it had been dunked in water (all wrinkly, couldn't separate the sheets- had to get another one. No TV remote. Also "free wi-fi" all day everyday doesn't really work except for the lightest browsing- my 5G phone working as a hotspot was faster. Of course if you wanted to you could pay extra for stuff that actually worked. I will say this- both the night staff and the day manager were excellent! The day manager refunded everything so I could find a place to stay that was a little more prepared. I would give them another shot.

    Run the other way.

    Where do I start? First: reserved a studio suite with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper. After all, 3 of us were staying. they "upgraded" us to a suite with 1 bed and a sofa sleeper. (Going from 2+1 to 1+1 is a downgrade, not an upgrade). The garbage in the kitchen was still there from previous guest. Enough crumbs in the desk drawer to make a cookie with. Dirty kleenex stuffed into arm of couch. The security lock was missing pieces. Room was next to the elevator/electrical closet and had a constant hum. Elephants were in the room above us thumping around ALL night long. Missing remote for the tv. And the icing on the cake was the bug I found on the blanket of the sofa bed the morning we were checking out. Front desk clerk response "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience" (I hate that statement, makes me want to scream). Wish I was doing this on the phone so I could post the pictures I took.

    The only thing I liked was the convenience and location of the property for the area I needed to be in for my engagement. Upon entering the hotel everything is camouflage everything is clean everything looks presentable and nice on first impression, but once you enter into the private rental areas of this hotel location first impression is very deceiving. I was very disappointed in the dirtiness of my room that I had to be put in another room that appeared to be clean when myself in the clerk walked in but once we started to transfer our items, the dirtiness and dustiness of the outdated furniture, the stained mattresses and linen that dressed the bed as well as the sofa bed the dirt and dust old items left behind by previous guests. I was also disappointed that the clerk at the front desk charged me for my room upon checking in there was very much frustration once I saw my room and I was discouraged to fight for a refund because I do not like to wait on my money when I paid it up front and then I am not satisfied. If I had not paid I would not have stayed. The unsanitization of the rooms according to Covid-19 guidelines presented by the Indiana State board of health the CDC or the government of the state guidelines were not followed to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus! While we're in the pandemic I am very disappointed I will never stay at this location again and I will never suggest anyone that I care for to stay at this hotel not even for one night.
