    The issues we had could be COVID related, but overall we were extremely disappointed in what we received for what we paid. There were no daily cleaning services, which is understandable given COVID-19, however, we were not told this until after we were checked in and in our room. I should have been told this when making the reservation so I could decide to stay or not, and I should not be paying full price for less than full services. Breakfast was limited because of COVID and the pool was closed. Again, all understandable but not communicated. The sheets were old (they had pills on them), 2 different blankets had stains on them, pillows were lumpy, water pressure in shower was terrible, a dirty used notepad was left on the desk, wifi didn't work and the front desk couldn't provide any help. I think that was it but there may have been more. Overall the room was generally clean and some staff members tried to be as helpful as possible, but I feel we paid a large price and didn't get enough in return.

    Amazing hotel and staff

    The staff is professional and the rooms are amazing. It has a lounge area, full size fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, little electric stove and equipped kitchen. Two flat screen televisions and 24 hour fresh coffee for free. We have been touring the New England states for 20 days and this hotel group is the best by far

    The streetlight above the sign at the entrance to the parking lot was out and on a wet, rainy night, it was very difficult to find the entrance. Also, whatever alarm or sprinkler was supposed to mounted on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms was missing, leaving just the bracket which was unsightly.

    Unwelcoming front desk

    I booked 2 suites for a bachelor party of 9 total, ages ranging from 27-30, and as soon as we checked in we felt judged and unwelcome by staff. When asked my reason for stay I happily replied I was here celebrating my friends upcoming wedding and as as the words left my mouth i could already see 2 older women at the front desk scowling and asking me if we were going "to be doing alcohol this weekend" and pointed at a cooler I had brought in. I tried to explain to her that this was simply going to be our home base as we have events scheduled through the weekend and that the cooler was filled with soda and water to keep us hydrated to which she replied "soda and water are just the mixers", which I honestly didn't know how to respond to. After repeating about 10-20 times that the rooms were recently renovated and to be extra careful we were given our keys and were able to go to our rooms. Any time our group would see them throughout the weekend we feel awkward and ultimately unwelcome.

    UNH A Capella concert

    Loved the two bedroom suite. Always gorgeous and beds extremely comfortable. Our checkin was superb with Karen a trainee! Only down side is there was a problem with fireplace which we discussed with management next morning! Breakfast is just mediocre and should be upgraded a bit.

    don't rely on this hotel

    the hotel is clean. the room is cozy. the service is awful though. I was told on separate occasions early check in was possible, as it was my wedding and i needed to be ready by a certain time, but when the day arrived I was told " i was given wrong information and maybe they could get me around 1pm". the front desk rep said she would call me back at a certain time, only to be an hr and half later than that time. Didn't feel like their as much effort on her part to help me out. my sister in law; however, was able to check into her room at 10am... the overall stay is neutral as it was a nice room, but a waste of over $400, since I really only spent from 11pm until the next morning in it. the purpose of the big spacious room for my wedding party and self to get ready in was not met. Emailed corporate. Got a "brushed off" response from a manager who then reminded me me check in time is 3pm. All and all that's fine, but i was told early check in was a possibility and again my sister in law checked in at 10am...
