Only a few blocks from Minute-Maid Park, good breakfast, clean room, only problem was all the homeless hanging around the outside, but that's a national problem. Good value, downtown, clean room, good service, I'll go back there again!

Worst Hotel Experience for First Time In Houston
On our first day, the sink was backed up. We reached out to the front desk three times because it would overflow if we used it. The customer service representatives did not understand the urgency of the matter; especially in the evening/around midnight. We were asked if we could use the tub to brush our teeth (!!!) yet we didn’t even have a tub! Downgrading was not an option & we were also informed that there was NO ONSITE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE. We were also informed that we would be responsible to call & follow-up with management at 8/9AM (at the EARLIEST) to speak with a manager…with confirmation that the manager was NOT going to fix the issue. Once maintenance finally came, the sink issue was caused by maintenance. It was very disappointing. No manager followed up. No complimentary amenities, discounts, or refund was offered or given. 0/0 stars. Photo was taken after 8 hours of waiting for hotel staff to come fix it.
