The staff is very nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant, though limited, has a chef on premises who cares about what it put out, and that makes a difference when it comes to this kind of hotel food. The pool is really nice, but I wish they wouldn't blast the radio. I can hear it in my room with the door open. The ocean is music enough, and everyone has their own music nowadays.

The staff were very nice and attentive except during dinner service. The food was mediocre at best. I would definitely not rate this 4* and definitely not worth the price. Hard to believe that a hotel on a Caribbean island did not have limes!
