The staff was very pleasant and helpful. But the hotel room was very moldy and smelled very bad. The ceiling in the hotel room was concrete and unfinished. It was not near any other businesses so you needed a car rental or Uber just to have your meals. The hotel restaurant was small and overpriced. We scheduled a shuttle to take us to our cruise. We were told when we to the shuttle that it was canceled and we would have to pay for a taxi...

Check in was great, room was clean and huge. I have only a few issues. The beds were "crunchy" every time I turned over it was noisy. The shower spewed water onto the floor ( no bath mat in bathroom) and some one was having an argument in the hall at 2 am. ( which was not the hotel's fault). Other than those few things the stay was good

Barely a decent place to stay
This hotel is not next to anything. It’s good and next door was pretty terrible. We stayed here because reviews made it sound ok. I wanted to layover in Miami so we could do something fun or interesting. This is not it! They did have a free shuttle to the airport, and we slept well on the bed and room was clean, though not made or maintained well in terms of construction and paint job! Breakfast like $15…. We grabbed better food at airport instead…
