Check in they didn’t have correct room reservation/beds. I wax assured we would have 2 double beds and sofa bed. Room only had 2 double beds. A bit uncomfortable but we made it work. Check out a bit of a nightmare. Waited about 40 mins for bellman to come get our bags. Even went down to bell desk after having called. The person running the desk was rude and r rn arguing g with the Concierge. I understand it was busy but it definitely was not “the happiest place on earth” that day.
