Nice resort just very large
Nice hotel, but when you add the resort fee in, it makes it more expensive then a lot of the Disney resorts. Also, we couldn't get the meal plan. The hotel is also very large, a lot of walking to getting around the resort.

Definitely recommend staying here!
It may have helped that were SPG preferred guests, but this is a really nice hotel, with very helpful staff and a really good (though pricy) steakhouse. The only issue - once you’re part of the Disney complex, you’re stuck in the area and what it has to offer, or get ready to cough $20-25 every time for taxi service. But, if you’re staying at one of the Disney hotels, you should be here only because you’re in it for Disney and not if you’re here to explore Orlando.

Ok, nothing more!
The hôtel is ok, nothing more. Used bottles were left in the room... It's very well situated, you can easily walk to Epcot. The shuttle for animal kingdom was so late, 25mn late, we arrived for the early admission there was already 225mn wait for flight of passage! Very upsetting, we went to this hotel especially for the early access, we woke up very early for nothing! To many people have access to the early hour!

It was very expensive beyond basic room charges. Usage fees and meals.

Never again
Too big so everything is inconvenient. Grotto pool was closed but didn't find out until we were there. Had an extra $50 tacked on when we checked out for a resort fee and parking fee. Didn't feel like a Disney hotel.
