Nice helpful staff Good location downtown Bed too short and soft - other than that and no coffee pods for room nice place
Excellent hotel with lots of charm. Great staff. We will definitely come back.
It’s a beautiful hotel, great staff, but no soap or conditioner so bring some with you. Also no breakfast, need to walk to sister hotel called the hydra, which had a vet expensive and limited menu.
It was good clean and friendly helpful staff
I booked at one hotel for a suite, and was moved to another property into a normal room.
They allow you to book through Hotels.com however they have a minimum 6 night stay. They then call and tell you to go to the Exchange (which is a lovely hotel) but then we were charged for both locations! If they have a minimum stay you should not be able to book for less than that amount of time.
Great location and easy access to restaurants and attractions!
It is a very nice hotel but we had no soap or coffee the room was bare.
The hotel was nice and in a decent spot. The staff were friendly. For whatever reason hotel management seems to not be supplying guests with shampoo and body wash. I had just flown in and needed to shower because well, covid times. That left me to have to go looking for shampoo and body wash at the 7/11 at almost midnight. It was a sketchy walk in the pooring rain. Otherwise my stay would have been good.
I liked the style of the hotel. I did not like the parking setup it was inconvenient to have to grab the gate clicker from front desk and return it every time we went out and returned back. Would have been better if there was a room swipe spot instead.
