8/10 Very good

The staff was very friendly
They had an office cat when I signed in, which was delightful and I found the bed to be comfortable. However, the room itself left a few things to be desired. The heater was noisy, there was a loud clicking noise that went off intermittently from what I think was the TV box (it stopped only when I turned the entire powerbar off). There was no plug for my laptop, there were definitely questionable people staying there (one of whom was hacking like they were either a heavy smoker or had COVID) and the bathroom wasn't in the best shape/no plug for the tub. In spite of all of this, nothing was insurmountable, and I have definitely seen worse. I would probably stay here again. Maybe if they got more business they could afford to fix these issues.

6/10 Good

the staff is friendly and efficient. the room was functional and reasonably clean, the bed ok, the towel and bath mat stained and seemingly not clean. plug in was missing the cover, the bathroom sink was obviously broken and justbcrudely glued together with silicone. overall the building is pretty run down.

Wouldn't recommend
We ended up asking for a refund and finding a different hotel. The room stunk, it had clearly been smoked in even though it was a non smoking room. The sink was leaking and the bed didn't seem stable at all. The neighborhood is very sketchy, and there's no staff available from 3am-8am except the house keeping staff that live there.

6/10 Good

I like how close it is to the airport, parking in front of your room, the very low price and their super friendly staff. With this nice low price be prepared for basic. Very old, somethings are run down. TV was nice and new but I didn't use it. But it was reasonable for the price. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Unorganized and bed bugs

The property is in a bad place of Saskatoon. Along with the place being unclean and also staff not being around made our trip hard.
