Horrible customer service and cleaning
Well my stay was comfortable until I asked for room services as our sheets and some waffle syrup. Our sheets were never changed and on the only day that I asked for room services our cell phone charger is also missing. Went to talk with staff they had the manager call who dismissed everything I said. Customer service is horrible

Good location, needs some TLC
We’ve stayed here before and were pleased with the location, value, and accommodations. The only complaint this time was that the room we were in had a large gap at the bottom of the door, allowing light and noise to easily penetrate the room. The second morning we were there, a school group was leaving and they were loud (beyond the hotel’s control), but even louder with the large gap in the door.

It was a very clean and cool looking room and walking distance to Disneyland, which was appreciated. Only problem was breakfast wasn’t the best and was super busy in the small room.
