Never again.
Bedbugs, unclean, unchanged beds (complete with hairs of each type) in BOTH beds, corroded shower head (ridiculous), filthy, never cleaned bathtub, something white all over the bricks. The hotel was filthy and not maintained (holes in doors, huge ceiling cracks…..). The advertised pool is no longer in order (also a disgusting mess) but the hotel information doesn’t state this; extremely disappointing ( one of the reasons we chose the hotel). Also, there are no elevators. It would be current public accessibility standards that every business must provide accessible accommodations, unless otherwise specified. Either way, the customer shouldn’t have to guess. This hotel requires a proper Ministry of Health Inspection and needs to be held accountable for there responsibilities to their customers health and safety.

Never again.
This "hotel" gave me more of a dirty old motel vibe. The room was freezing, we had no idea how to use the heat because the buttons were so worn. Everytime we flushed our toilet it would get stuck, so we had to put our hands in the back of the toilet after every use. Paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 doubles. They also tried to take payment MULTIPLE times from a card I never aprooved for payment. Hours before i arrived they wanted payment AND a safety deposit. I have never stayed in a place that made me pay before even arriving. I will never again stay at a travel lodge.

The room needs seating as one office chair and no other seats doesnt work for more than one person. Also no hot water in shower and the conditions of surround tub enclosure wa in need repair. Also one soap and shampoo only not acceptable for a couple. When checking in they put us in furthest room and didnt tell us we could have driven around going in a closer door
