Five star facility, three star service
The hotel is very nice however the location is not great. It is on the edge of town, about 10-15 minutes walk to the center. The service was average. Upon check in we were not told anything about hotel services such as restaurants, spa etc only that we could opt to add breakfast to our stay. Our room was not ready (which was ok, as we arrived early) but the luggage was not in the room when we were able to check in several hours later. And we waited a while for it to be brought up. Minor annoyances but not what I expect in a 5 star hotel.
