Awesome view!
I loved the view to the harbour dock on the 24th floor. The lighting and air conditioning worked really well with very few adjustments to be comfortable. However, the bathroom does need a bit of maintenance as i did view some caulking was missing, especially the bathtub.

best hotel for the money!
Room is very clean and big for Tokyo area. its very clean hotel, great service and easy indoor access to monorail within 3min and 5min outdoor walk to JR. There is a 24/7 supermarket about 10min walk away the pricing is very competitive as well, great seaview and quiet surroundings for rest. its about 10$ uber to get to shinagawa station if you dont want to do too many transfers

Nice business hotel in Tokyo bay area
Good functional hotel in Tokyo bay area close to Haneda airport - takes 15 minutes by the monorail. I stayed here for business for a week. My customer was a 5 minute walk away. The room is a very good size for Tokyo, you don't feel cramped - has two chairs, small table, 2 double beds, nice size bathroom, good view of Tokyo bay. Modern furnishing. Everything very good. The breakfast buffet has quite the selection - fruits, cereal, grilled tuna, clam chowder soup, miso soup, rice station, etc. The only thing it didn't have was an egg station. The breakfast is extra, but you get discount coupons and ends up costing $15. There is also a restaurant on the 28th floor - spectacular views of the bay, but expensive, at least $100 a plate not including drinks. The hotel is connected to the Seaford Square plaza - it has several cafe's, an italian restaurant, an irish pub, many japanese restaurants, dental clinic, post office, live theatre, etc. Across the street is another plaza with more restaurants and cafes. The TY Harbor brewery and restaurant is a great place to go to grab a meal. The monorail station is right in the plaza. The subway station is a few minutes walk away outside the building. The only negative is everything closes down by around 8:30-9pm.

Great stay! Very comfortable room full of ammeneties. Staff are very friendly. Good food available in the hotel. One downside is it's probably further than you'd like to be from the big tourist stops, but as long as you're ok taking the train for a while it's perfectly easy to get anywhere from the hotel. Highly recommended.
