I loved staying here. The hotel is lovely, comfortable, very well located and the rooms have great views of the city, since rooms start at the 22nd floor. The staff were kind and friendly, especially when I forgot something there (they kept it and I got it back), and even helped me arrange last minute transport to the airport. That kind of customer service is unforgettable. I definitely will stay here again and recommend it.
