the area was really nice, felt safe enough to walk nesrby at night. had lots of great restaurants a few blocks away. rooms were clean, not much hot water and would recommend wearing shoes in the rooms as the floors werent great. there was a bar across the street that was very loud at night

Nice staff, cleaning could be better
Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. Really nice set-up with a huge outdoor area and comfy seating, big kitchen. Safe surroundings with plenty grocery shops open late, cafes and restaurants. Big room, well-lit. Wifi hit or miss. Quiet area and hardly any outside noise, but 1 of the nights loud music from within until 1am. Shared bathrooms defo didn't get cleaned through my 2-day stay, probably longer. Shaved off hair all over sink, soap tray too sticky to use.

Not your typical hotel. Free breakfast, but you have to wash your own dishes. There were a few bugs in the bathroom. Also, beds are not comfortable to sleep in. Staff was great. I would recommend this place to people flight solo, but not families. Great location.

We got to the hostel late at night. It took the lady very long time to check us in. It was a hassle for her to try to let us park at the property. There was no hot water. We only spent 1 night there. The place seemed safe.

Confirmed room given away!!
When I got there, the reception said I had no room.That they had a problem with Expedia which he said Hotel.com is part of. After me showing my dissatisfaction he offered me a room with a shared bathroom, which was terrible !!!! It smell of cigarettes and it looks terrible. I told him that I wa not happy with how they treat me as a customer as they had my telephone number and could had called me. I had driven over 4 hours and all I wanted was to rest. The room which was confirmed by you guys was on suit by the way. Very very unsatisfied with this place .
