Hotel is very convenient for transportation in Bordeaux, with access to local and High Speed Trains. Hotel is older, very clean, and quiet, rooms are small but unique. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Very convenient to excellent restaurants. Would recommend

The hotel was in a convenient location for my travel plans. The stuff was friendly and helpful. My room was very small but had all the amenities I needed. I will certainly recomend it to others.

The hotel is ideally situated right beside the train station and is only 3-4 tram stops into the old city (depending on where you want to go). We had a lovely room with a small balcony. The room is an average size by European standards. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. We came in on a weekday and left early Sunday morning. It was quiet at nighttime during the week, however, it was very noisy on the Saturday as it is seems to be close to an area with a lot of clubs. That being said, the hotel does provide ear plugs for your hotel stay. I would definitely go back.

Smaller rooms even by euro standards but more than adequate. Great location near the gare amend tram made it perfect for getting around. Cannot say enough about the personnel at the front desk, simply the best service you will ever experience. They were so helpful with everything. A hearty recommendation.

Close to train station and shuttle to airport. Tram goes right by the door with access to attractions. Good restaurants and waterfront within walking distance. Nice little hotel, clean, reasonable.

Great location if you are traveling on a Eurorail pass. The breakfast is badly over priced.

Needed a hotel by the train station for 2 nights and decided to take a chance on this one. What a pleasant surprise! It is literally right down the street of the station maybe 100 meters. The reception staff are very welcoming and speak pretty good english. Even though I had booked last minute, we were able to get a room on the main floor which had wheelchair acessability, which meant more room to move around in. Fantastic! The area around the station can look a little dodgy at times with homeless youth with dogs, but they are harmless and don't bother anyone. The station security chase them away frequently. I would definitely come back to this hotel again. Bordeaux is a beautiful city.

I was very impressed with the hotel. It was modern with touches of authentic French charm. The room was well appointed, comfortable and pleasing. We came in on the train and found the hotel with no problems. The staff were very helpful and had more than enough English to help us. We had dinner in a nearby restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. In the morning we had breakfast in the salle petit dejeuner and were very impressed with the quality and variety of the breakfast. We were sorry to have such a short period of time before we met our friends at the train station to continue our journey. We are looking forward to staying another night on our return trip and will take advantage of the trolleys right outside the hotel to go downtown Bordeaux to look around.

Really nice people and hotel. Ok location. Very close to the gare and easy transport but sketchy people around the area and didn't feel safe in the evening.
