    Lovely Boutique Hotel

Fabulous location and amazing lobby bar. Loved all the decor. Rooms were small but nicely appointed. Would definitely stay there again!

Great spot, hard to check in

It was great but difficult to “sign up” to app prior to trip, so took a long time to get checked in. Person in front of me had exact same issue. Great hotel, need to improve initial sign up experience!

Cute hotel, but the high tech checkin was aweful

The location is amazing. Walking distance to the park, city hall, and Rodeo Dr shopping. The room was tiny but cute. We stayed 5 days and there were no housekeeping. If we needed shampoo/soap (only 1 bottle was provided), or towels, we asked the front desk. They were helpful in providing these items The high tech check-in was awful. I was not allowed to enter my room for which I already paid in full until I complete their on-line profile. The person at the front desk confirmed that we have a reservation and that we paid in full, but could not have the room until we complete on-line profile

    Do it.

The Shore Hotel was our favorite stay when visiting California recently. From the get go, we loved it’s perfect location. The hotel was within walking distance to all of the areas we were looking for and made our trip that much more convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, the room itself was perfect for our needs, and the property seemed well kept. The only gripe I’d have was in regards to the bed. It wasn’t the best in my opinion (also not the worst), but it was a trade off I’d happily make again. For the price, this was a tremendous value and I was happy to have stayed here. Do it.

    Great Hotel! Bad check-in app...

Really liked the hotel, staff, location and restaurant. Didn't like the app for the check in process. Understand it is supposed to make the check-in process easier but it has some bugs that need to be worked out.

    Absolutely never again.

Booked for work trip, for walking proximity to job site - Prior to arrival, I was emailed my room number and the code for door to get in as they went totally keyless (no issue with this and respect the lack of interaction needed), however, a Colleague was already checked in/staying on site, due to my late evening arrival she informed me of a code for the main entrance! If she was not there, I would not have known and not been able to get into hotel. It is a boutique environment and small room (which I typically prefer). There is no cable in the room, you have to use own device to stream if you are one to want to relax with some TV at night or listen to news in morning with coffee - not in this place. I found this out after texting a rep not on site for 20 mins as they had me trouble shoot the TV and then respond “oh I am sorry there is no cable in the units” I appreciate no carpets in the room, however, walking from bathroom into my bed (2feet distance) I got into bed and the bottom of my feet had dust balls and grit from the floor on it that then got onto the bed! The bed was comfortable. Walls are thin! Especially with no TV to block out noise from the room next door. Overall, would not stay again - many other options in the area that provides higher standard and service for comparable price. For being in Beverly Hills, expect a higher standard from the property and service even if COVID times - having a front desk to call to answer issues is still basic need.

    Would not recommend

Pros: great location, friendly staff. Cons: tacky decor, hardly any outlets in the room, inconvenient parking situation. Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Barely a 3. Would not recommend.
