    Does not meet the standards
Poor parking location and very difficult from a handicap perspective. Also one out of three elevators working caused excessive waiting time.

    Unfortunate elevator outage
The elevators were not working on the day of the conference. To get to the lobby, I had to walk down six flights of stairs. The hand railings were filthy and the last flight of stairs was unlit. We ended up, not in the lobby, but outside on the back of the building. We had to walk round the building and enter through the lobby. It was an unfortunate introduction to the hotel, which is located a bit out of the way to start with.

    Exceptional 10.0
    Excellent Stay
My stay was excellent. I have never slept on such soft pillows. I'm hoping to get some for my home. My son and I were there on business and we both slept very well and woke up to a wonderful breakfast. I would definitely recommend The Toronto Westin Prince.

    Long weekend stay
We always stay at the Westin Prince while in Toronto. Great breakfast, and the park like setting is very nice. My granddaughter says they have the best omelettes. There were a couple of little glitches this trip, but the staff dealt with them quickly and efficiently. Always recommend this hotel.

Major Design Flaw needs Major Modification
The hotel charges an average of $269.00 per night PLUS PARKING FEES. Not cheap! This Hotel is very large but the whole building is centrally air conditioned by ONLY 2 archaic units. Upon waking up on my first day there the room temperature was approx 85 degrees F. Both units had failed therefore the building was sweltering hot many patrons were shaking their heads in disbelief. Furthermore, when the air conditioning system did start to work only one unit was working for many hours (per the CFM coming out of the exhaust ducts) In conclusion, the owners of a hotel with great staff, great food and comfortable beds should ensure a crucial part of the client experience, namely proper air conditioning during high summer, is fully operational. Charging the clients a large sum of money for use of their hotel whilst relying on 2 old air conditioners to cool a huge building is unacceptable. (Stay from 2019-07-16 to 2019-07-19)
