Not a 5 stars hotel
This is not a 5 stars hotel. It is just an apartments with some rooms. No elevator, it is situeted at the three levels of dirty stairs and on a very dirty street. The only good thing about it was a location close to the center. The view from the apartment over the other building roofs scary. The breakfast eggs, fruit, jus and cofee. No pastry, no butter, no cheese, no diary, dry bread. The bed was not king, the bath was so small, not a night table. The TV never worked. No free Internet. It was clean and have good furniture, but this does not make it a 5 stars hotel. We left a day eralier. Never again.

Ten out ten.
Fantastic stay with Patricia and her team. We stayed for 7 nights, we felt very looked after. The hotel was extremely clean, staff were lovely and really helpful. Patricia helped us become a little street wise and was on hand for everything we needed. The hotel is in a busy vibrant part of town and great location for exploring. Can’t recommend the Havana Dream enough. 10/10

Staying at Havana Dream hotel isn’t just a regular stay but an experience. Since you book you get personalized services souch as restaurants suggestions and reservations, airport pickup in a classic car , 24 hours staff , breakfast, guided tours etc . Havana Dream is located right in the heart of Old Havana, within walking distance to everything there is to see and visit in the area. Friendly staff and great service! Thumbs up to Patricia, the manager, who was very friendly and eager to guide us during our stay!

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Ever.
Havana Dream is absolutely amazing. The hotel is located in the heart of Havana Vieja and that means it is close to all the main attractions of the city. Patricia, the concierge, knows the city incredibly well and will anticipate your needs. She was an incredible asset during our visit. The rest of the staff are also one of of a kind. Friendly, timely, and always there with a smile. The rooms and shared spaces are lovely. The terrace will give you a 360ºC view of the city including the Capitolio and the Bay. We had an awesome balcony that would look over Obrapia. Excellent place to people watch and have a drink or just decompress. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I would book it over and over again.
