I DO NOT recommend booking this property. The place turned out to be not what was expected at booking. Booked a non-smoking room for two guests, and was charged for an extra guest. The room was very small and with only one twin bed. The room was infused with cigarette smoke, dirty, with exposed wires. Did not stay and attempted to contact the manager to cancel the reservation and get a refund with no luck.

Most horrible experience with this HOST!!!
I am leaving a 1 star and this rental business that should get NO stars! My friend and I booked a room 3 weeks ago on Hotels.com reserving our room for 3 nights. After traveling to Boston for over 5 hours the first thing I wanted to do is check in and rest. Unfortunately, the host is nowhere to be found. I found a number on the side of the house that I tried to contact no answer over voicemail or text message then a kind guest tried to help me with another phone number also no answer. The number that was listed an hour reservation didn't even work. By the time the host contacted me by text message after over 45 minutes freezing in the cold waiting she rights to me that my reservation doesn't exist. After sending her proof of my reservation later that night she sends me codes to get in to the shared apartment house. There in our room we found another guest that also has a booking for that same room. Now, it has passed over 2 hours and this woman the Host has not tried to talk to me not once over the phone after I tried to call her again from a third number to let her know that there is a guest in the same room that she has signed us. No answer whatsoever I called her several times leaving her voicemails, text messages and proof of my booking with hotels.com. I also called the company at hotels.com to confirm my booking which they also tried to contact th
