Location, location, location was about the only plus. Being that close to the ocean but with zero view and not even being able to hear it was disappointing. Gorgeous bathroom in the unit is the only other positive I can say. The room smelled funky, the frig was so stinky I didn't even want to put a water bottle in it. Bleh.

    Fun but different
The Inn is a boutique hotel quaint and small. I found for the price I was a bit disappointed. Everything is an upcharge: you want to park? Sure- public parking (can be full) was $22 per day for door ding central. The hotel valet (only option we we presented with on site) was $35 per night. Oh wait, you have an SUV, that will be an additional $10 per night. What for? (My vehicle takes up the same space as a sedan as it's a smaller SUV). Ended up being $900 for two nights for an average room with a king bed and a couch. I guess you pay for the good location? In hindsight, an Uber would've saved me hundreds. The room: clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean but fairly outdated. Our room had several gaps under the carpet in odd places. Almost as though the tiles broke and they decided to throw carpet over it all with no padding for a quick fix - not the end of the world but fairly amusing. There was very minimal lighting - Actually none. If you wanted to see, hopefully it was daylight with all the window coverings open. During the evening, we relied heavily on the bathroom lights and the lights on our phone. The two lamps by the bed were dim and not sufficient for the entire room. The AC worked well but was incredibly noisy once and hour and sounded like it was getting rid of moisture. We had a good time but not likely to stay there again.

Run down hotel. Needs some TLC. Location is good, near pier, but not sure it’s worth it.

The room was clean, the associates were nice. The floors were not level which I'm sure is due to the age of the building. If you have any balance issues, it can be a little unsettling. The pellows and beds were not very comfortable. You are paying a high price for the location.
