Hotel was clean, and rooms were comfortable. Parking isn't great for oversized vehicles, upper parking lot is for oversized but people seem to ignore that fact and fill up the lot with their small anyways. Location is also along a busy road and quite loud if you are a light sleeper.

Great location

Staying at the Hyatt in Kelowna was so nice and clise to my parents place. Check i was a little confusing for parking. We told different things from different staff members.. we have an oversize truck so it was not clear on were to park. Friendly staff tge room was really nice large king bed and a great sofa bed couch. Loved the bathroom shower room was clean. Hotel breakfast was very good. The lounge bar was relaxing bartender Patrick was so nuce went out of his way in making me a drink. Didnt have a change to see or use the pool. We will be back

Decent hotel, but showing wear

I was hoping this hotel was going to be fancier than it was. It certainly commands a high price. It’s showing wear and tear at this point. To be honest, it doesn’t really meet the level of other Hyatt hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. We did hear quite a bit of traffic noise, and could also hear every step the guest in the room above us took. Beds were comfortable though, and the room was nice and clean. Parking is an extra $12/night which we knew, but the location doesn’t warrant a parking fee at all. Breakfast sounded decent and was only $8, but we didn’t check it out.

It was a nice hotel with clean rooms but it was cold and when i turned on the heat it took hours for it to heat up. But it was after midnight when we got back to the hotel to sleep, we didn't feel like dealing with them changing our rooms or coming in and fixing it.

I stay here often and as always it was a comfortable stay. Staff is helpful. There are some new 'rules' which I am not sure are corporate or only for this property ie parking charge. Out of all the places in Kelowna I fund this is one of the best.
