Cuba in September
This was our first time in Cuba and wanted to emerge ourselves into the Cuban atmosphere and not be too touristy. They hotel was amazing the hotel was just as amazing! Everyone very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very walkable to everything. Absolutely loved and working on our return!

Wonderful stay at JM7
JM7 is beautiful. We had a lovely stay and staff was excellent. They went out of their way to help us with reservations, taxis, and tours. The location was perfect walking distance to Old Havana. The staff have connections everywhere, nothing is too much for them. And of course the place is really beautiful, spacious, and has air conditioning (which is really important during the summer). Another important item was that their internet is free and reliable. We were able to connect with no issues while at this lovely hotel. Make sure to download a VPN before heading to Cuba so you can access your necessary sites.

a Gem in Havana
5 min outside the main part of Old havana, but the extra 5 min is worth it. The best customer service by far that I have experienced. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. personalized breakfast each morning at the time you request. Able to change $, contact taxi service and let us know the places to visit.

I stayed for one night at this wonderful boutique hotel, the experience was beyond what we had in mind. The room was very clean and it has everything we needed,, very comfortable bed, fresh towels and bath robes. The staff were so friendly, Christian was our assistant during the stay, he was always there whenever we needed anything!! The breakfast on the rooftop was so fresh and filling... This place deserves more than 5 stars:)

We highly recommend staying at this property! We don't like staying in a typical hotel room so this property ticked all the boxes. It is exactly as pictured...but even better! The Master Suite has high ceilings with lots of space in the living area, bedroom and bathroom, a nice view of the Malecon, and it is very safe. We had 3 separate keys just to gain access to our room. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff, Javier, in particular. He helped us with restaurant reservations, taxi service, and anything else we needed. Our stay would not have been as enjoyable if not for Javier.

Superb Accommodation
Kristian, one of the managers, spoke very good english and was very knowledgeable about Havana and Cuba. The accommodation is beautiful, location good and breaky on the rooftop was superb. The staff were all very helpful and would stay again.
