best ocean view in Brisas de Zicatela. clean and beautiful, one block from quiet street with restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff were super friendly and helpful. bar and breakfast pricing were low. even though the temp was 30C we didnt need A/C. That's good if you prefer listening to the ocean to listening to HVAC.

Shambles, never been a hotel
Not a hotel at all. Doesnt serve any food, even bar snacks. Staff all stand around the bar watching TV, could not be bothered with most basic requests. We were triple charged for a round of drinks and spent three days ttying to sort it out. No manager on site and owner would not be back begore we left. Shambles for the price, capitalising on beachfront location, that is all it has

The rooms are exactly as advertised online. They have everything you need and the bathroom is lovely - very luxe with a rainforest shower head and beautiful tiles. The ocean view is spectacular. The pool is lovely and kept quite cool, which is a relief in the hot weather. You're right on the beach and near many shops and restaurants. Try Olita - best restaurant in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish my room got cooler with the fan but it wasn't too bad. Head to the rooftop bar for a spectacular sunset view. Only caveat - if you don't speak Spanish, I wouldn't recommend booking excursions through the hotel. My tour guides on two tours only spoke Spanish.

Great location,Great beach very clean and friendly. Just careful with the Taxis prices at the Hotel Taxi always ask before you,jump in he want 250 pesos What the hack.I end up paying 50 pesos for the ride.
