Quaint and right near the Interstate.
Was a great visit. Staff were polite and knowledgable of the area. Breakfast was great. Could have used a microwave in the room but other than that it's 5/5.

Unclean bathroom
Usually the Hyatt Place hotels I have stayed at before have been really good but this place was very dirty. The bathroom even had soap suds on the walls. I would not stay here again.

Elevator did not work properly! Toilet seat was completely off of the hinge. Had hotels.com call the hotel so I can get my money back and the front desk personnel told them that I was basically over exaggerating. If issues were fixed in a timely manner then I would have been okay with the minor issues.

Hotel staff was somewhat rude. Our rooms were not clean. An elevator was inoperable all weekend so lines and long waits. Hotel looked run down in general - wallpaper, lighting, around tubs…Charged $5 for a cup of coffee. Bad all around. Very disappointing for a Hyatt property.

Over rated
The staff was unwelcoming and treated my check in as a burden to their time. The lobby doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. The carpet in my room was stained, as was the couch. A dirty cleaning rag was left in the room. Breakfast was not good. The elevator was slow and not cleaned.

Checked in and staff was not accommodating. Got to our room and after a long day of travel there was no hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also asked for water and they were out of it.
