Issues in room
The room we stayed at had no hot water. They made us wait for maintenance instead of switching us to another room. The toilet was running the whole time making the pipes make very loud noises when we flushed. The service desk would not pick up the phone whenever we try to call

Hotel needs updates.
Front desk clerk was very nice. Room keys did not work, replaced three times. Tub water would not shut off all the way, dripped. Mini- Fridge did not work. Beds were comfortable and pillows soft.

Due to its convenient location, included breakfast and relatively low cost, this hotel represents an excellent value for New Orleans travelers. Undergoing a bit of construction right now, but that caused no real inconvenience.
