The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the dining options are very limited. The hotel restaurant is mediocre and the prices are very high for what you get. The menu is very limited as well (even though I like spanish tapas). Overall, wouldn't stay there again unless my conference required me to.

Nice hotel, quiet.
We stay at Hiltons all the time. The check in was good but we had made an additional reservation to stay an extra night, the Front Desk Manager Ashley must have had a bad day because he was very short and not very cordial to say the least. We are the last folks in the world that would complain about anything to be honest but he was rude in his mannerisms and tone. Not sure why but whatever. It was noticed by some other folks around us in line as well so we know it wasnt us.

Showing its age.
The facility is older and it’s starting to show around the edges. The air conditioning unit was loud as heck and that intermittent kind that wakes you up when it kicks on. Had to turn it off eventually and in the morning found it had leaked out all over the carpet. Had long pillows that look great on the bed but were not that comfortable.

We have stayed at this Hilton many times but still have a less than positive check in experience with staff that are not welcoming. This time we were saved by the manager coming to help get a satisfactory. Room. We still find the policy of no housekeeping disappointing.

Good Value
We chose this hotel because it was fairly close to BOS airport and was decently priced. Our flight arrived very late, so we basically slept and left the next morning. No free breakfast, but a restaurant off the lobby offers breakfast for purchase. Our room was modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
