Had a fraudulent charge appear on my card while staying. When I asked the front desk why and how I was charged, they simply told me to call my bank and it’s not their problem. Extremely rude, unprofessional and fraudulent practices. My card was used in the way that card numbers had to be entered. As in someone physically picked up my card when I was not in my room. I want an immediate refund for my 2 nights and the charge reversed that was fraudulent. Thank you again to the front desk who was ZERO help and did not have the common courtesy to when apologize.
