Epic disaster
I was never allowed to check in and thank God! Place is a hole. I can’t believe IHG allows the owners of this hotel to use the crown plaza name. Hotels.com is also an epic failure!

Would never stay again
The staff was all rude except for Josh at the front desk, he was very nice. Our entire floor smelled like Marijuana, the handicap parking was taking up by cars without handicap signs, we ran out of toilet paper and were told that they didnt have any at the desk and they would send some up and never did, and we were rationed towels like we were in jail! We had 4 woman in our room and were given 2 to 3 towels when we asked and we were there for 5 days. The "store" was empty of everything except diet Dr pepper and warm bottled water. There are no ice machines on the floor, you had to get bagged ice from the lobby. The elevators at one point were down to just 1 working, but dont take the stairs because it looks like a crime scene! Never again!
