    Great stay!

Loved the Seaport district location, cleanliness of the entire hotel, and friendly front desk staff. And the rooftop bar was a lovely place to spend some downtime overlooking the city.

    Happy & Sad

Hotel check in and Valet were excellent! super friendly and helpful. Room was brand new and excellent....Except, the AC blew very loud. couldn't here the TV over the AC. remote only allowed a certain volume. Bathroom light was on a sensor, so in the middle of the night when you got up it was as bright as could be. It might have been us not being able to figure out turning off the sensor. It was echo friendly but not in the middle of the night. Where your sunglasses 😎 to the bathroom if you wake up!!!! LOL. But, location was great and room was nice!

    Great location in seaport district

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and really not that far to market square. Valet parking service on site is very good. Room very clean. Beds comfortable. My only complaint is the AC blows directly at the beds. This was very annoying.

    Brand spanking new!

Hotel is amazing! Loved everything about it. Well, maybe not the paid parking but that seems to be the way of life in Boston. Also, if you could explain to your employees what’s an adjoining room with a connecting door is… we were told we were getting one but it wasn’t. Otherwise, thanks for a lovely stay

It was amazing. The location was very good and close to restaurants. We had an issue with the aircon but the engineer went right away and fixed the problem. The service was excellent. It was good that they allow pets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back.
