Terrible sleep
Terrible beds. Loud machine below room. Hotel smelled bad and seemed like a horror film

Perfect vacation location
We enjoyed our stay so much we added an additional night to our original three night booking. Easy reach of Kings Landing, the railway museum at McAdam, the Beaverbrook Gallery and Government House in Fredericton but away from the noise of traffic and sirens with nothing to keep you away from a good night’s sleep.

Old and rundown looking. Main lobby, carpet worn, check in not welcoming. If it had not been late in evening would have looked elsewhere. Had booked for 4 nights only stayed 1. Room was OK, but halls (floors & walls) made the place feel too run down.

Wouldn’t recommend
No one at front desk to greet you, a man on the computer in the other room I had to call for to check in, hair in bed, dirty toilet, got take out and they forgot cutlery so I had to run back down and get it and wait for someone to be available to bring it to me. Walls seemed thin, hallways smelled funny, needed a lot of upgrades and paint jobs, for a “resort” customer service was horrible.
