I didn't like the reception area....it was too close to the door....it was cold outside and each time someone came or went the doors would open and a cold gust came in....there was one person at reception....I waited abot 5 minutes to check in...there was a person standing by the door and each time he moved, the door opened and the cold air came in. Not only irritating but what a waste of energy.....move the reception farther from the door and/or have more people at reception to deal with clients.
