Toilet bowl handle was broken. Unable to flush without easing lid. How could housekeeping not have reported condition of toilet. They would had been the last to flush during their cleaning. Room 323 Front desk was advised.

Horrible Stay - Be Warned
Horrible Stay. When checking in at 7:30 p.m., noticed a person/employee(?) asleep on the couch across from the check in desk. When getting the bags from the car, MY SON WAS APPROACHED BY A FEMALE OFFERING TO SPEND TIME WITH HIM IN EXCHANGE FOR MONEY. The rooms were large but noisy. Shower rod in bathroom was falling from wall which made shower curtain too long for the tub. The spigot from the wall in the tub was separated from the tile by at least 3 inches. All the water on the shower tile went down into the wall cavity. There were globs of silicone caulk where someone had tried to reattach it. Room 217! The hallways and elevator lobbies were wet when we checked in and still had standing water when we left the following morning.
