Hyatt violated Disability Act
The Hyatt refused to accept my service dog. Diego at the front desk went to get the manager Sheina, who was unwilling to examine my service dog paperwork. Following that, she asked what my dog was needed for. Everything is clearly stated in the paperwork, and there is no right to inquire about my personal medical information.

Love this property. We have been coming here every single year since our wedding in 1970. This was our 53rd year in a row. We stopped letting them know it is our repeat vacation since they don't make a big deal of it. Sadly, we used to get champagne, spa robes, chocolate covered strawberries, newspapers in the morning, etc. The dinner at Pacific's Edge was phenomenal, however.

In reservations it showed a much bigger room than what we got - room 518 was smaller than a normal bedroom - their 320 sf room on line shows a much bigger room . Plus the parking lot was a hike away . Outside Staff was reluctant to help .

Most of this was fine. We didnt like that we had to lug our suitcases up and down the resort to get them to our room. We asked for no room services to find after breakfast someone was in our room! There was no useful restaurants at all in the hotel and anythign they had was not for Vegetarians/Vegans. They also did not do any mocktails!
