Mouse in our Room - Don't Stay Here!
The first few days of our stay were fine. Although the room is small, it was comfortable. On our last night, I woke up several times during the night to what sounded like a scratching sound. While we were getting ready to check out, I felt something brush against my leg and saw a mouse run across the room and near our luggage. I was in total shock, moved the suitcase and it ran under our bed. We heard the scratching sounds again, and took the attached photo of a mouse, climbing on the bed, where my son had been sleeping just moments before. The front desk did nothing except say they would look into it and gave me the email of their general manager. I contacted him and have been unhappy with the results. The only thing the manager would agree to is to compensate us for that night's stay. I requested a 50% discount on the entire stay, which he refused. He stated that they employed TWO rodent extermination firms, and there had been no previous problems, and then stated that I should not threaten him with a bad review because there was nothing else he could do. My son subsequently found a Google review about a similar mouse experience at this hotel just a month prior to our visit. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I shudder when I think how long that mouse might have been living with us, and it tainted the rest of our trip to Europe. At every hotel we stayed at afterwards, we checked closets, drawers, under the bed, and woke up frequently if there was any noise.

Room was clean but tiny. Also a lot of noise. I stayed two nights. Complained about the noise after the first night but apparently nothing they could do as fully booked

Mice invasion
Travelled for work, arrived and asked to change room as the one allocated was noisy! Bad mistake, as the new room was very grubby. then chaos erupted a family running around the corridors as they had seen a mouse in their room. I went back to my room only to see a mouse running across the room. I immediately called reception and checked out! as a single female traveller not the best experience especially as I had to find another hotel very quickly with no help offered by the K hotel.
