Cold shower
When we checked in were told no hot water. Not that big of a deal we’re only there to sleep and then head to airport. Room ok, beds ok, but bathroom door would not close, would not give us a wake up call in the morning was told to use phone in room to do that but phone did not work! Was given discount due to the no hot water deal.

Clean - What you would expect for the price
Initial front desk person was not friendly. It was 2:50 and people were waiting to check in, they waited until 3:00 to begin. I asked if we could use the pool while we waited. They said yes but then the door was locked and they did not offer another route. When we did go to the pool, the skimmer was not doing its job. Lots of stuff floating on top. The hot tub was not hot and the knob to turn on jets was missing. We had to get our own towels, they were not in the room, which wasn’t a big deal. I would have liked hair conditioner. I do wish they would just leave the open shampoo and soap, instead of throwing it away daily. Eco friendly hotels do this. The tv was not plugged in and was then on standby. Fortunately my husband knew how to fix it.

Property is in bad shape.
Property is in rough shape. Many simple items broken in my room - chair, toilet paper holder, main light switch. All of the lamps that did work are covered in rust. Ground next to the sidewalk is filled with broken glass.

Not-so-good... Old and worn out... Could not turn off TV... Had to unplug it... Carpet was extremely dirty... Used slippers so feet did not become black from the dirt... Breakfast was limited to coffee, juice, muffins... Bathroom did not have toilet paper holder... Tub was slow draining... General maintenance was lacking...
