Could have been better
Hotel staff was very professional and friendly. Room was clean and well kept. The two big issues that caused me to give lower rating was traffic noise and elevator in parking garage out of order. I would suggest putting noise canceling machines in rooms overlooking busy street. If elevator in parking garage is out of order do not charge $17.00 per day parking fee and notify guest in advance.

There was an issue with rooms saying occupied when they were really free, so we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up to fix it. Their pet fee is a ridiculous $75 and they don’t have a single patch of grass on their property to take the dog. The noise from the street in our room was awful. You could hear actual conversations from people on the sidewalk and we were on the 3rd floor. Oh and they forgot to give us any towels.

Amazing view but customer service was lacking. Room was meh, what you expect from a courtyard. Easy check in and stay so ok overall. Parking $17/night no free parking near but to be expected downtown.

House keeping was constantly cleaning you could smell the bleach when you entered the elevator which was amazing to me. Also so the house keepers I came in contact with kept their distance while exchanging pleasantries

Clean and comfy room. Hotel was quiet, traffic outside was noticeable but wasn’t obnoxious. Staff was great. Bed and shower were nice.

The stay was very pleasant however the parking garage not so much. There are no cameras or security..my friend had his motorcycle stolen and mine was vandalised.. had to stay another night and at least the hotel compedy stay for the 3rd night here due to the situation
