Poor communication, inadequate parking.
No parking near by. Not clear when checking in, where we were to park. Then the snow on the sidewalks were not cleared to get safely from parking to hotel. Shower dripped all night. Chlorine was not vented very well from the pool. No staff at check out to communicate with in these issues.

Cute place in the repurposed railroad house. Nice pool. Room appointments are basic. Breakfast has warm and cold options that are pretty standard. Parking was difficult in the snowy winter conditions. The ramp nearby was closed

This hotel had very limited parking (around 15 spots). Additional parking was available 1/2 mile from hotel. Pool area was nice. We had a poolside room which had chairs and table right outside our patio door. All open concept. We were aware that the pool closed at 10pm which wasn't a problem, but we had a group of 6 sitting outside our patio playing cards as we noticed staff cleaning up the pool area. She had acknowledged us and within minutes all lights throughout the pool area were shut off. Complete darkness. No lights outside our patio doors which leads into our room. As a former Manager in the hotel business. I have always had my staff inform guests that the pool area will be shutting down and unfortunately the lighting system in the entire area will be shut down. No communication between staff and us. Breakfast-eggs were cold even after just being brought out. No syrup for waffles. Canadian bacon sandwich meat. TV didn't work in our groups room.
