I just needed a room for the night for my son and me. The tub and bathroom could have been cleaner but wasn’t disgusting. Kinda run down but we are satisfied

Horrible Experience
The front desk staff seemed as if I was bothering them when I called or asked questions l. They had no blankets, No towels we had to wait on the towels to be washed. The bathroom paint was peeling, the tub had a big hole in that was covered with a place mat. It was very clean at all.

Tiles in bathroom were in poor repair in room 233, not even attached. Maintenance needs done by proper maintenance staff as it looks like repairs are handled by a non handyman.

Ice machine beeping loudly and constantly and they could not turn it off. They did give us a different room. Internal lock on door broken, a cigarette butt on the floor, odor to room(guessing a maid or someone smoking since the room had otherwise been cleaned.
