Check in process took long but no real explanation as to why. Apple Maps took us to the wrong location initially. Dresser drawer was clearly broken. Elevator was a little run down in appearance. Breakfast was good unless you are gluten free, which I am. Gallon jug of windshield cleaner stolen from truck in parking lot. Not as good as other Holiday Inns we’ve stayed at. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Everything was great , the receptionist were very kind . It was close to Durango Colorado which was a plus . The only thing is that the pool was close due to the Covid ☹️.

The coolest thing with this stay was the hot breakfast. Had an omelet and sausage Already cooked and in a box ready to go. However, still warm and tasty. Don’t know how they did that.,,

The only weird issue was around 11 pm to 1 am with the pipes in the bathroom they were making noise and shaking the walls, it was just the one night, i spent 2 nights there the second night it was fine. But all in all everything was fantastic ( i know they were doing work remodeling on it i was on 3rd floor)

This place was extremely dirty and certainly not as advertised. Probably one of the grossest hotel stays I’ve ever had. Dirty walls, slugs inside the bathroom, dust everywhere, etc
