Memorial Weekend stay in Boston
We enjoyed our stay in Royal Sonesta Boston, lying next to the river, between the airport and Cambridge. The room was small, with a king-sized bed taking up most of the space, but relatively comfortable. It was clean and the service was courteous. We did not receive the 20% off on our bill at the ArtBar

Unhappy Stay
Our stay wasn't good. Checking in there was a wait. It was only one person working at the front desk when we arrived. It took a while for another representative to show up and help out. After being in our room for a while. I realized that the heat wasn't working. We called down to the front desk twice, no answer. So I went down to the front desk @ approximately 1:15am. There was a line due to other guest checking in. The person at the Front Desk stated that he hadn't heard about the heat in the room but he had reached out to the engineer prior to me coming down and was unble to reach them.( I guess someone else was having the same problem) He stated if he was able to contact him he would send him up to check the system. About 25 mins being back in the room someone comes up with a portable heater for us. So apparently they turn the heat off in this hotel around this time of year due to the weather changing! Instead of the front desk being honest with their guest about the heat, they act as if they dont know why the heat isn't working. For the price we paid for a one night stay it was unacceptable!! We wont be staying here again! I was also suppose to receive a 20% off food and non-alcoholic beverages that I didn't receive.

One of our favorites
The place is wonderful they honor all the promotions from the website The staff is incredibly helpful. Unfortunately something wasn’t working well in the room and while they weren’t able to fix it credit where credit is due to janitorial engineer was in my room at 10 o’clock at night working for an hour trying to fix the problem the runs are comfortable. The views are fantastic.
