    Cleanliness

    The room looked stayed in, the floor wasn’t clean like someone was eating and dropped crumbs all on floor. As I showered there was a nasty towel hanging looks like it’s been there for awhile.

    Bad customer service

    The Hotel was clean and the clerk that checked us in at 10:00 pm was very nice and helpful. But we had to change our stay from two nights to one night. I was told all I had to do was check out in the morning and pay for that one night. The next morning the Hispanic Clerk was very unprofessional and basically told me I could not check out, who does that and could not get refunded. I reported him and the entire situation.

    Not as good as others

    I have been to other Days Inns but this was by far the worst, first I asked about adjoining rooms and was told their doors don't open, after my son showed me the one in his room did. There were burns on the tub and hairs in it and when I turned on the water after cleaning it out a roach came out of the faucet. I do not recommend if you can help it.

    not so happy stay

    when we arrived and went to the room it was a task to close the door properly, the lamp in the corner had dirt all over the stand. The bathroom floor was chalky and full with foot Prints and the tub was dirty. The faucet was dirty and the room felt so dark and gloomy even with all the lights on. Then when we tried to leave after being there for 25 minutes the front desk told us they can't give us a refund we have to call HOTELS.com for one. After calling customer service to resolve the issue a rep from HOTELS.com told us that the front desk said we was there for over 2 hours (which was a lie)and they couldn't give us a refund and i had to call during business hours for more help from HOTELS.com.

    Room was just awful. The staff was nice though.

    We paid for a king bed room and it seemed like they were halfway through remodeling the room but let us stay in it anyways. There was black mold all along the baseboards and we saw a roach. The room smelled like cigarettes. We joked that, because we were visiting, we would spend as much time as possible in town and try and leave as early as possible so we could minimize the hours we had to sleep in the bed (which was full of sand).

    Do not recommend

    Although our expectations of Days Inn weren’t very high, this one proved to be even lower quality then what we have experienced in the past. Very disappointed. We had requested amenities in advance (specifically a baby crib/pack and play) This was absolutely needed to have (for our baby to sleep) We called to verify it was held for us before we booked (they said they had it and would hold it) Upon our arrival we discovered that whoever was working had “forgotten” to check our reservation amenities or pass the message along. This forced us to purchase a pack and play (almost $100 cost) Moving on after this disappointment we entered a room that stunk of cigarettes. We called the front desk to see if we had been given a smoking room. According to them they had no smoking rooms. We requested some air fresheners as we had 4 small children with us. They never arrived. The cleanliness of the room was repulsive. Surfaces covered in stickiness. Bathroom filthy. Room stunk. Drawers had holes and were unusable. Arm chair had some odd covering on it. Baseboard was missing and looked as if it had been ripped off. Most of us felt uncomfortable to take off our shoes. And the few of us that did had black soles within minutes. Overall it was just simply unclean, unkept, and generally undesirable. Considering this room cost $100 plus a night I personally would spring for an extra $50 and get a nicer place.

    Not clean

    In the COVID situation I would have expected everything to be very clean. Contrary to that all the towels had little black hairs stuck. The sink would clog water. The bed skirt has dirty stains. The bath tub has black stains.
