The check-in process went very well thanks to Roger. Roger was the shuttle driver that picked us up from the Boston (Logan) airport and transported us to the hotel. He was cordial and very professional, making sure to gather our luggage for us. When we arrived to the hotel, Roger also checked us in at the front desk. At first, he had a hard time finding my reservation as my name was misspelled. Roger remained patient and went above and beyond to make sure the reservation was found so that we can get checked in for our stay. He made sure we were accommodated in any way needed to enjoy our visit. I appreciate Roger for his professionalism and his courtesy during my stay at the hotel. My sisters spoke highly of him as well. My sisters and I also encountered Melinda, the bartender at the hotel. She was very personable and professional. Her energy and interaction with all guests was amazing. Melinda made sure we had anything we needed and also checked to make sure we were ok with the music being played. Her engagement with everyone was tasteful. Melinda created a great atmosphere for our enjoyment at the bar.

Disappointing
When we arrived, the front desk folks were very nice. But when we arrived in our room, we found a dirty sock under the bed and the room reeked of pot. There even were some marijuana stem pieces on the nightstand. The bathroom fan was broken, as was the ice machine on the floor. Other than that, the room, itself, was adequate—comfortable beds, big television, and quiet. We just had higher expectations because this is a Hilton. That used to be a very high standard for quality, so when we experienced all the negative things, it made it seem as if we were staying at a Super 8.

The stay was fine. However, there were times where the Front Desk staff were extremely unprofessional in the way they spoke to each other. There were conversations where the N word was used and frequent profanity that was used which I was completely shocked.

A very loud heating unit. Toilet that was running non stop until my son in law fixed it. Request for towels (no place to hang wet ones) and toilet paper 3-4 different times before they appeared.
