This us a great, modern hotel and very comfortable in a great location. We were supposed to arrive in Guayaquil at midnight but due to weather issues did not arrive until 3 AM. I was in contact with the hotel and they arranged a transfer to the hotel even at that hour! We were exhausted and slept in. When we went to breakfast we were really too late but they served us anyway...and it was very tasty. I asked at the desk about the shuttles to Cuenca and they pointed across the street. Very easy. We will definitely stay here again.
