Great location and good value for the money! Room was very small but clean and modern - perfect for people who are just using this as a place to sleep while exploring the city, but probably too small/cramped for anyone who likes to spend time during the day working or lounging in the room. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Very close to the Farringdon tube station and multiple bus stops, so getting around via public transport was a breeze. Our room only had a window in the bathroom with a view of a brick wall, so no views and no natural light at all, but this didn't bother us. Our main issues were with the shower - it leaked constantly and at one point, given the small size of the room, water got all over the floor into the bedroom area and got onto many of our belongings. We were given extra towels from the front desk and were able to secure these around the shower to "soak up" the leaking water for the remaining days, a makeshift solution but one that worked fairly well. The water from the sink also stopped flowing a few days into our stay, but the hotel staff addressed this quickly. In addition, for such a modern hotel room, we were surprised at the lack of the outlets - there are a few outlets on one side of the bed, but none at all on the other side, which is a little inconvenient for people traveling as couples.
