Walking distance to strip

This hotel appears to be brand new, conveniently located right off the strip. Very clean, and neat. Great customer service all the time. They don't clean room every day, but if you need extra clean towels, etc. they are very accommodating. Laundry facility on first floor came in handy for us since we were there for a baseball showcase. (Also conveniently located close to UNLV) All entrances require a room key, to pool, laundry, building, etc. It provides an extra sense of security. Very nice pool with bbq grills. Surrounding hotel is low budget, with questionable customers, (hence the key needed for everything) but this hotel has a tall fence around it. I wasnt too pleased about the parking fees of $12 a night. Full breakfast was great. We would stay again. Check-in/out was super easy.
