It was best western hotel before. Currently under new management and they change the new name. Great location 10mins uber to the YYZ. Hotel definitely needs a major renovation and deep clean. The front desk seems like not 24 hours. They’ll send you a secure message asking when you’ll be arriving.

I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo guest when I was working near by. No fancy amenities, but I knew that when I booked a room. The room was very clean and modern, TV and wifi worked. The staff I dealt with were friendly and very helpful. Lots of restaurants close by, I had some great take-out and eat-in Indian food during my stay. I would definitely stay at Chandni Victoria again in the future.

The staff is extremely accommodating, and very friendly. Not to mention, any accommodations needed - food, self care essentials, etc are a 2 minute walk away across the street. I have stayed here now on a few different occasions, and the experience has always been awesome. Would highly recommend to all, I can’t express enough how great the experience has been, and I’ll personally, certainly be back. If I could give 10 stars I would, it’s an absolutely exceptional hotel.

The room was excellent value for the price—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I really loved the overall experience and would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting the area. My only concern was the bathroom. The shower area could have been cleaner, as there were noticeable yellow stains on the white wall, and the shower head holder was broken. Addressing these small issues would make the stay even better. Overall, a great place to stay with just a minor area for improvement.

Positives: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Negatives: No coffee or tea in room despite a coffee maker. Inability to exit and enter the hotel freely after check in due to there not being a cardlock system, and the night clerk's indication he was only there until 11 pm. Television with 2 remotes, unable to access any channels. More of a secure rooming house with a curfew than a hotel.

Economical location, close to Pearson International Airport. An easy bus ride with a short walk or a $15 Uber ride. The hotel is family run. Front sliding doors are secured when the front desk isn't manned. You have to come and go through the parking lot which is a bit of a nascence if you aren't driving. Ample parking. Personable staff. The rooms are well worn but the beds are comfortable. The bathroom could use a solid cleaning. The rooms have Keurig machines with more coffee and cream in the lobby. Air conditioning worked well. Rooms are very large. We moved the sofa bed to a better spot to spent an evening watching TV. All food and shopping is Indian in nature. Not a bad thing but something to be aware of.
