Worth the $89
The pet green space was great. However a $25 per night charge when I would be surprised if ALL the bedding was changed between guests, or a deep cleaning of the carpets. I get a conveneince charge, but it should be a one time fee. The pool was tiny, and was closed between 11-1 and then closed for the night at 9pm. No hot tub, either. The bathroom fan in our room was broken, so it stayed extremely humid in the room. Also, it took about 5 minutes (not an exaggeration) for the water to get hot in the shower. Huge waste of water. Charging for dishes not washed is also silly. I've never seen this before. Also, it does not create standards to be met for future guests checking in expecting clean dishes. Overall, though, for $89 a night, it was affordable and met our basic needs. The front desk people were very friendly. The location was very convenient.

The staff are AMAZING. They are very hospitable, friendly and charming! The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The breakfast room is large, clean, and nicely decorated. The parking was very convenient and ample. The only thing I did not enjoy was the lack of television watching options. It would be beneficial to add Netflix for guests, or more channels/movies on the cable/satellite. I will definitely stay here again, frequently.

Barely passable.
-On check-in we were told our reservation did not exist despite having given my last name 5 times to both the clerk and night manager. I even showed the confirmed booking on my phone to which I was told it was a scam. Turns out they were looking for first names when the convention is always last names. Negligent and unprofessional, to say the least. -The door to the room was askew and would not close shut by itself. -On day two we had to ask for new towels as housekeeping neglected to leave us some despute being asked. I had to go to the front desk and ask for replacements. -Jams and marmalades were super hard and would not spread. Juices were room temperature, not enough boiled eggs stocked and coffee cups were thin and very small. Apples and oranges were old and bruised. Sugar almost never available. The so-called free breakfast was entirely worthless. I have stayed there once before in 2018 and things were much better then, but now it has gone down. The pool was closed both times.
