Hotel is fairly new and has a good location in St Pete, close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was okay. The cons (reasons I will not be returning): - You have to valet park and pay for it - Front desk staff both at check-in and check-out were dry and clearly do not enjoy their work (looked like they just wanted their shift to be over and were having negative small talk in front of guests, respectively) - Room was very small - It rained and the exterior common area by my room was flooded, could not use

I love the employees but prices just keep going up I have never paid almost $2,000 to stay there ever for the past three years of staying there. I also think this new valet parking is charging way to much this is not a 5 star luxury hotel for the price they charge they only walk maybe fifty feet to get the car.
